The "80 Years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" exhibition opened on the morning of 28/8. FPT Play's booth, located in Exhibition Hall Block A at the Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center (VEC), attracted thousands of visitors with its diverse activities and engaging displays.

Visitors interacted with renowned eSports players at the booth. The company also screened popular patriotic films such as The Scent of Burning Grass, Tunnel: The Sun in the Shadows, Little Girl of Hanoi, Hanoi Winter 1946, and Dong Loc T-Junction.

FPT Play also hosted a live screening of the U23 Vietnam vs. U23 Bangladesh match on 3/9 at 7 PM. This was the U23 Vietnam team's opening match in the qualifiers for the U23 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026, a tournament for which FPT Play holds the broadcasting rights. The booth showcased milestones in FPT Play's development. The company entered the television service market in 2007. In subsequent years, FPT Play became one of the few companies in Vietnam to offer both IPTV and OTT services. In 2021, the company merged the FPT Play and FPT Television brands, launching the FPT Play decoder, a device integrating both IPTV and OTT platforms.

From 2020 to the present, the brand has experienced significant growth in the domestic market with a range of licensed content, including sports, movies, children's programs, and TV shows. Concurrently, the company has introduced decoder devices with new technologies.

Since 2025, the telecommunications company has focused on developing and applying AI technology to enhance and personalize the entertainment experience for users. Aligned with FPT Corporation's overall goals, the company has expanded into eSports. Recently, it launched FangTV, a livestreaming platform specializing in gaming and eSports content.

The FPT Play exhibition space is open from 9 AM to 10 PM, from 28/8 to 5/9. All visitors have the opportunity to receive gifts such as T-shirts, sticker sets, hand fans, and plush keychains.

The exhibition also features booths from 34 provinces and cities; 28 ministries and sectors; 94 private enterprises and 12 state-owned enterprises, representing approximately 180 industries.
