FPT Retail has partnered with Techcombank to develop digital financial solutions, enhancing the technology shopping experience for Vietnamese consumers, announced on 13/8.

Amidst the ongoing digital transformation reshaping consumer behavior, the shopping experience is now influenced not only by product quality but also by the convenience of accompanying financial solutions. FPT Retail and Techcombank have established a strategic partnership to develop modern digital financial solutions, providing consumers with easier access to technology products and driving digital transformation in the retail and finance sectors.

A highlight of this cooperation is the "buy now pay later" solution designed for FPT Shop customers. With just one registration, customers can use the solution for multiple shopping needs without repeating procedures or providing information to various financial institutions. The simple registration process, flexible payment methods, and numerous 0% interest sponsorship programs shorten shopping time, optimize the experience, and increase peace of mind regarding personal information security.

Additionally, FPT Retail and Techcombank will gradually expand their cooperation through loyalty programs and various other financial products and services, such as bancassurance, savings products, and investment options. The two parties will also collaborate on data management, training advisory teams, operations, and customer care. Combining the strengths of both entities is expected to deliver a synchronized, modern, and convenient financial-shopping experience for consumers.
