Following a strategic operational review, Pharmatech AS (Norway) announced Give Group Vietnam as its exclusive distributor in the Vietnamese market. This strategic move aims to enhance Pharmatech AS's brand development in a new phase.

The announcement came during a strategic cooperation signing ceremony between the two companies on 25/4 in TP HCM. The event was attended by Markus Lund, Chief Executive Officer of Pharmatech AS, Chau De, Asia Manager, and Give Group Vietnam's leadership representatives.

A Pharmatech AS representative stated that this restructuring aims to expand the market, build a professional operating system, develop the brand systematically, and improve consumer access in Vietnam.

Yasin Bui, a Pharmatech AS representative, spoke at the event, stating the brand's desire to build a long-term development strategy in Vietnam. He noted Vietnam's strong growth potential in comprehensive healthcare within the region.

Nguyen Tran Phi Yen, Director of Give Group Vietnam, emphasized the company's commitment to serious investment and systematic implementation for Pharmatech's growth in Vietnam. "We aim to build a sustainable, professional, and long-term development platform for the brand", Yen said.

For 2026, both parties plan several major initiatives, including: expanding the distribution system, upgrading brand image, restructuring business operations, and increasing nationwide market coverage.

Some prominent Pharmatech AS products currently attracting consumer interest include: Norsk Omega 3, which supplements omega 3 and vitamins A, D, and E extracted from Norwegian cod liver, and Multivit Daglig, which provides 12 vitamins and 7 minerals.
