GSC enhances service quality through specialized training cooperation

GSC collaborates with leading experts to organize the "Melasma Biocode" scientific workshop, updating in-depth knowledge on recurrent melasma treatment for spas and clinics.

The "Melasma Biocode" scientific workshop, held on 26/11 in TP HCM, highlighted GSC's role as a professional partner in improving treatment efficacy and service quality for spas and clinics. During the workshop, many spa owners and dermatologists shared common pressures encountered in melasma treatment, especially the issue of recurrence after initial procedures. Despite achieving positive results initially, a significant number of clients return with frustration as melasma reappears, eroding their satisfaction and trust in the treatment facility.

Professional discussions at the workshop highlighted that the causes of melasma recurrence extend beyond technique or technology. They often stem from an insufficient understanding of melasma's biological mechanisms, treatment protocols lacking a skin recovery and maintenance phase, and limited updates on new solutions. Addressing these practical challenges, the workshop was structured as an in-depth training program, providing spas and clinics with access to structured, systematic knowledge.

Many of GSC's partners regarded the workshop as a clearly oriented professional program. Instead of focusing on short-term "melasma removal," the workshop's content introduced a biological regeneration approach to treatment, considering healthy, stable skin as a core factor in limiting recurrence.

Through in-depth analyses and clinical experience sharing, the workshop guided participants to review the entire treatment process: from assessing individual skin conditions and selecting appropriate solutions to developing post-treatment maintenance protocols. This approach improves professional efficacy while creating a clearer and more convincing treatment experience for clients.

A common sentiment shared by many spas, clinics, and dermatologists was that the difference lies in GSC's professional partnership approach. Beyond merely supplying solutions, GSC builds a continuous training ecosystem, helping treatment teams update their knowledge, understand the core issues, and apply solutions effectively in practice.

The training programs and scientific workshops organized by GSC help spas standardize procedures, enhance consultation capabilities, and control service quality. "When treatment teams are equipped with systematic knowledge and the right mindset, clients not only see improvements in their skin but also clearly feel the professionalism, transparency, and dedication throughout the treatment journey," a representative of the organizing committee stated.

With a focus on professional expertise, GSC has partnered with over 5,000 spas, clinics, and dermatologists nationwide through training programs, consultation, and in-depth support. This partnership aims to help these entities improve treatment efficacy, build sustainable competitive advantages, and retain clients by fostering trust in services backed by knowledge, clear procedures, and long-term commitment.

GSC analyzes that in an increasingly competitive aesthetic market, professional training and cooperation are no longer an option but a mandatory factor. Programs like Melasma Biocode connect the community of spas, clinics, and dermatologists, creating a space for sharing practical experience and modern treatment philosophies.

Many spas and clinics reported that participating in GSC's training activities enables them to be more proactive in their development strategies, elevating services instead of relying on short-term trends. This contributes to advancing Vietnam's aesthetic industry towards higher professional standards, prioritizing efficacy and client experience.

According to the workshop, a superior experience does not come from a single solution, but is built from knowledge, processes, and sustained partnership. A representative of GSC International Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, a provider of skincare products used in spas and clinics, affirmed: "With a strategy focused on professional training and cooperation, GSC is progressively establishing its role as a trusted partner, contributing to elevating the quality of melasma treatment and advanced skin care services in Vietnam".
