As a technology solutions provider, Hikvision commits to supporting PMC through in-depth technical consulting and practical implementation assistance. Hikvision will deliver customized technology solutions tailored to specific project needs, ensuring compatibility and effectiveness. The company will also prioritize technology transfer through product and solution training programs for PMC's staff, providing necessary documentation and resources for bidding and market development.

For its part, PMC will prioritize evaluating and utilizing products and solutions within Hikvision's ecosystem for project categories that meet technical requirements. PMC will also act as a bridge, introducing these technology solutions to its member units and suitable network of partners and customers. In the initial phase, both parties agreed to focus on necessary preparatory work to accelerate implementation, ensuring committed progress and quality for pilot projects.

A Hikvision representative stated that partnering with PMC, an experienced entity in real estate management and operation, is a strategic move for its development in Vietnam. The synergy between Hikvision's technology platform and PMC's operational expertise is expected to significantly accelerate digital transformation in the real estate sector, fostering smarter, safer, and more sustainable building models.

Nguyen Hoang Thanh, deputy general director of PMC, stated that this agreement marks an important milestone in the company's development strategy, reflecting a proactive approach to adopting and applying new technology in management. Thanh praised Hikvision's technological capabilities and comprehensive security solution ecosystem, especially as Vietnam's real estate market increasingly demands stringent safety and operational utility standards.

"Through this cooperation, PMC expects to research and implement solutions with Hikvision that are tailored to the specific conditions of each building. This will not only improve the quality of management services and optimize operational costs but also strongly support the path toward green, sustainable digital transformation", a PMC representative said.

Hikvision is a technology company that provides security and safety products and solutions. Its diverse ecosystem serves key sectors such as building management, smart traffic, urban infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, and energy. Leveraging its strengths in research and development (R&D) and international implementation experience, the company focuses on promoting technology solutions that support digital transformation in infrastructure management.

PMC is an experienced real estate management company, established in 2009 through a partnership between VNPT Group and Biken Techno Corporation (Japan). The company specializes in managing, operating, and exploiting various types of real estate. PMC's current strategy emphasizes applying technology to increase asset value for investors and residents, thereby enhancing community living quality.
