Receiving the commemorative trophy, Ms. Thu Trang expressed that the Saint Giong Cup represents a shared pride for generations of engineers and staff at Hanel PT, and her gratitude to customers and partners.
In her capacities as chairwoman of the Bac Ninh Industrial Production Association, chairwoman of the Bac Ninh Semiconductor Association, and vice chairwoman of the Vietnam Electronics Association, she emphasized her commitment to continuously connect resources and share opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to advance together.
On the same day, Ms. Thu Trang participated in a seminar titled "Entering a New Era of Development - Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Leading Innovation, United with the Nation," moderated by economist Dr. Vo Tri Thanh. During the program, Ms. Trang stated that businesses not only sell products but also provide peace of mind, trust, and a business culture through quality and responsibility.
"When many businesses keep their promises and prioritize reputation, Vietnam's national brand will become more reliable," she stated.
Drawing from the industry's shared experiences, the businesswoman highlighted Hanel PT's "five-way benefit" philosophy: customers receive valuable products; employees are cared for and developed; suppliers engage in sustainable cooperation; the environment is protected; and the nation benefits from the company's contributions.

Over the past 26 years, starting from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) foundation, Hanel PT has developed capabilities in design, research, technology improvement, manufacturing printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), sensors, and equipment for the semiconductor industry.
According to Ms. Thu Trang, many Vietnamese businesses can produce goods but struggle to become tier-one suppliers due to gaps in technology, management, and human resources. Therefore, companies need to understand customers, exceed expectations, make focused investments, continuously innovate, and build a culture of quality. She explained, "Being able to produce means fulfilling an order today. Being chosen means building trust so that in 5, 10, or 20 years, customers will still want to continue partnering with us."
One day before the award ceremony, the CEO participated in the Bac Ninh Go Global Forum 2026, serving as chairwoman of the Bac Ninh Semiconductor Association. Bac Ninh city currently attracts many foreign direct investment (FDI) electronics and semiconductor corporations. Ms. Trang believes this advantage should convert into opportunities for domestic businesses to participate more deeply in the value chain. At the forum, domestic and international experts discussed the path from "being able to produce" to "being chosen." The Bac Ninh Semiconductor Association connects electronics, precision mechanics, and automation businesses with FDI corporations, universities, and experts.
Ms. Thu Trang expects that the connection process will be measured by compliant businesses and actual contracts, not just through meetings. She stated, "We have successfully attracted FDI. The next stage requires developing Vietnamese businesses within that ecosystem."
One of the views Ms. Trang emphasized at the forum is that Vietnam needs to be not only a good production hub but also a creator of its own technology and brands. Businesses can "go global locally" by supplying international corporations within Vietnam or "go global across borders" by taking products, technology, and brands to the world.

Hanel PT is currently developing the Sasaki brand, utilizing cold drying, freeze-drying, ultra-fast deep freezing, and deep processing technologies to enhance the value of agricultural products.
