Following its announcement to expand into AI and robotics with the House of Future (HOF), a future technology experience space, Dien May Xanh's leadership launched a recruitment drive on digital platforms. This initiative seeks several senior professionals to fortify the organization and swiftly operationalize HOF.
The company is recruiting for five key roles to drive this ambitious project. These positions are designed to shape the future of technology consumption in Vietnam, from strategic planning to consumer experience.
Among the key roles, the technology governance expert will advise on the governance model and long-term investment planning for HOF, offering strategic insights into supply chain and production.
Dien May Xanh is also recruiting a technology product expert to oversee the exhibition of Vietnamese-made robots and AI devices. Additionally, an innovation and AI expert will be tasked with leading the "HOF Startup Lab", a dedicated showcase space for domestic technology startups.

Concurrently, Dien May Xanh seeks an external relations and education expert to serve as a media ambassador, directly coordinating the "HOF Academy". This program will feature a series of seminars on learning and artificial intelligence, and lead expert forums.
The fifth and final role is an AI and robotics experience expert, responsible for evaluating the quality of displayed AI technology and content.
According to a company representative, this team of experts will not only complete the HOF ecosystem but also create engaging interactive spaces, bringing the latest technology solutions closer to Vietnamese consumers.

This recruitment drive stands out due to the unique candidate profile Dien May Xanh seeks. Given the pioneering nature of this field in the domestic market, the leadership emphasizes that candidates are not required to possess a pre-existing formula for success.
The announcement stated, "The decisive factors are a passion for technology, a constant questioning of the next trend, and the courage to do what no one has done before."
Successful candidates will join a strategic project team, working directly with and reporting to the CEO. A Dien May Xanh representative explained that these pioneering roles in a new product category grant individuals the unique privilege to establish the initial market standards.
The latest announcement also positions HOF as a collaborative space where the implementation team can transform technology consumption, delivering practical value to millions of Vietnamese families. This initiative reflects the company's culture of empowerment and internal talent development, as many senior leaders previously advanced from foundational roles during the early startup phases.

Dien May Xanh believes that recruiting the right individuals is crucial for transforming ideas into reality. When talented minds collaborate to build HOF, consumers will be the ultimate beneficiaries. Artificial intelligence and home robots will evolve from abstract concepts, seen in media, into familiar household appliances, much like televisions or refrigerators.
The representative added, "Vietnamese consumers will have the opportunity to integrate technology into their living spaces and easily acquire new devices through flexible financial solutions, such as deferred payments directly at the point of sale."
The recruitment campaign for these key personnel is expected to continue until 15/11. Dien May Xanh will regularly update information for each position and application procedures on the HOF project information portal.
