The selection process is rigorous, involving multiple steps: preliminary screening, final rounds, and review and appraisal of dossiers, with the participation of management agencies. The organizing committee stressed objectivity, transparency, and adherence to established criteria before submitting recommendations to the competent authorities for final approval.
A HUBA representative highlighted that the new regulations focus on innovation, digital transformation, green transition, and sustainable development aligned with ESG principles (environmental, social, governance). Business results are assessed alongside management capacity, legal compliance, labor policies, and community responsibility. Entities that receive the title gain priority participation in trade promotion programs, investment connections, and business forums.
