Herbalife Vietnam partners with 'I am healthier and more beautiful' competition

For the fifth consecutive year, Herbalife Vietnam supports the program, helping to spread the message of healthy living through building healthy habits.

The fifth 'I am healthier and more beautiful' competition, themed 'scientific nutrition - reasonable exercise', was launched on 30/7 at the Ministry of Health. This initiative encourages people to proactively care for their health by building healthy lifestyle habits.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Deputy Minister of Health Tran Van Thuan emphasized that the policy shift from treating illnesses to proactively preventing them must be realized through practical actions such as reasonable eating, regular exercise, adequate sleep, stress management, and periodic health check-ups.

According to organizers, after five seasons, 'I am healthier and more beautiful' has attracted thousands of inspiring stories about lifestyle transformation journeys. These stories not only aim to improve physique but also to build a sustainable foundation for both physical and mental health.

The fifth season of 'I am healthier and more beautiful' introduces new features to enhance connection and support for participants. The organizing committee plans to expand online interactive activities, creating a space for interaction between candidates and nutrition and exercise experts, while also encouraging participation from families, groups of friends, and clubs.

The competition is open to Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above, featuring three rounds with a total prize value reaching hundreds of millions of dong, including a special prize worth 50 million dong.

Nguyen Thanh Dat, senior communications director for Herbalife Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, stated that the company believes health is a journey built on daily choices. Continuing to partner with the competition is part of Herbalife's community initiatives aimed at promoting balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and raising awareness about proactive health management.

According to Dat, the value of the competition extends beyond individual transformations to its ability to spread a healthy living spirit to families and communities through inspiring real-life stories.
