As part of its "Confident Tet" program, OCB launched various appreciation activities across its nationwide network of branches and transaction offices. During the lead-up to Tet, the bank saw thousands of customers participate in savings and health insurance schemes. OCB also presented thousands of gifts to customers, recognizing their support over the past year.
The digital channel was a prominent feature of the program. On the OCB Omni application, hundreds of thousands of customers engaged in online prize spins, winning various rewards: an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB, AirPods Pro 3, and a "shower" of Urbox vouchers, lucky money, and Omni Coins.

Users also participated in a lucky spin for early-year lucky money from 17/2 to 21/2. This activity significantly increased customer interaction on the digital platform during the peak days of the new year.
Beyond promotional offers, this year's "Confident Tet" program made a distinct impression by hosting a music night for the first time at Nguyen Hue Walking Street, TP HCM. The event featured artists such as Quoc Thien, Lam Bao Ngoc, Thanh Duy, Tang Phuc, LyLy, and Cao Ba Hung. They performed 26 new arrangements, creating a fresh, youthful musical atmosphere imbued with the spirit of spring. The music night attracted thousands of live spectators and garnered over 20,000 livestream views across digital platforms.

According to a bank representative, OCB opted for a cultural experience approach rather than a traditional lively music festival. They modernized traditional melodies with contemporary arrangements. This strategy aimed to make music accessible to multiple generations, spreading traditional values with a modern, confident spirit, aligning perfectly with the program's message.
Luu Hong Ngoc, Deputy Director of Retail Banking at OCB, stated, "Customer appreciation programs, especially during Tet, are an annual activity for OCB. We constantly seek new experiences to support customers, not only financially but also spiritually, in the new year."
With its broad implementation and combination of banking services with experiential activities, the "Confident Tet" 2026 program left a lasting impression. It underscored OCB's customer-centric approach within its sustainable development strategy.
