Following a recent Lunar New Year holiday, KDI Group and Vega City Joint Stock Company held a meeting with leaders of Khanh Hoa province, led by Mr. Lu Thanh Hai, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
During the meeting, company representatives stated that Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, remains a key investment area in their long-term strategy. The company aims to focus on enhancing the operational efficiency of existing projects, increasing their actual exploitation value, and contributing stable budget revenue.

Two projects, Champarama Resort & Spa and Vega City Nha Trang (commercial name Libera Nha Trang), are currently underway. In 2025, Vega City recorded revenue of 1,015 billion VND and total assets of 11,783 billion VND. The company contributed 940 billion VND to the state budget. The projects welcomed nearly 84,000 overnight guests. The average monthly income for employees reached 26 million VND.
During the 2026 Lunar New Year, Libera Nha Trang welcomed over 20,000 visitors participating in festival activities. Nha hat Do operated from the second day of Tet, offering a maximum of three shows daily. The "Roi Mo" art program achieved an occupancy rate exceeding 80% during the Tet performance week, while "Chum" reached over 50%. The total number of show attendees increased by more than 150% compared to the same period last year.

Beyond real estate and tourism, KDI's member units are implementing new year plans across various sectors.
In education, KDI & KDC Education announced its continued focus on STEM programs and digital citizenship skills. The STEM Town science and technology experience center resumed operations from the fourth day of Tet.

In Dak Lak, KD Green Farm initiated production activities early in the year, maintaining operations at its farms and workshops.
According to company representatives, KDI will prioritize building an investment strategy in 2026 based on three pillars: financial efficiency, social value, and sustainable development capability. The unit aims to enhance the quality of products and services across all its fields.
