The Hue City Department of Construction confirmed on 8/1 that the Hue Heritage project, legally known as the Dong Da Apartment Complex Renovation and Reconstruction Project in Phu Nhuan ward, is eligible for the sale and lease-purchase of future housing. To achieve this business eligibility, the project has completed all required legal procedures.
All investment, planning, design, construction, land, mortgage, and guarantee documents underwent review and met requirements. The project's technical infrastructure, including foundations, external systems, and apartment complex components, has also passed acceptance testing.

A representative for the developer stated that achieving eligibility for sale marks a significant legal milestone, reflecting the project's progress in accordance with current regulations. This clearance allows the project to officially enter the market's business phase.
Hue Heritage is centrally located in Thuan Hoa ward, Hue City, approximately 40 m from the central roundabout and directly opposite Vincom Plaza Hue. This prime location provides quick access to key shopping, educational, medical, and cultural facilities within the city.
Beyond its central location, the project features consistent apartment finishing standards. Components are implemented according to clear specifications, including fire-resistant industrial wood doors, 27,5 mm double-pane glass, concealed ceiling frames, Jotun paint, AC4 scratch-resistant wood flooring, Hafele kitchen equipment, and Moen sanitaryware. These details underscore the project's commitment to high-quality finishes.

With a construction density of 54,66%, nearly half of Hue Heritage's area is dedicated to green spaces, community facilities, and parking, fostering an open and balanced living environment. The total green area spans 1.741 m2, while indoor and outdoor parking exceeds 16.000 m2. The diverse internal amenities, designed to 5-star resort standards, include a four-season swimming pool, gym, yoga studio, spa, and a generous proportion of space for children, allowing them to play, exercise, and develop freely.
Financially, the project receives loan support from the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), Hue branch, offering up to 70% of the apartment value. A payment period extending up to 24 months allows buyers to manage their finances proactively and reduces initial capital pressure.
Previously, on 14/11/2025, BIDV issued document 485/BIDV.HUE-KHDN, confirming its agreement to release the mortgage on the entire project and its collateral rights, as requested by competent state authorities. The mortgage release period ran from 14/11/2025 to 14/1, subject to fulfilling all bank procedures and mortgage contract terms. BIDV also guarantees the developer's financial obligations should the project fail to hand over units as committed to customers.

The developer evaluates the bank's involvement in credit support and guarantees as evidence that the project meets legal and implementation assessment criteria. With completed legal frameworks and stable construction progress, Hue Heritage is poised to commence sales. The project will add to the apartment supply in central Hue City, addressing both residential and investment demands in the coming period.
