Vietnam's textile and garment exports reached 26.9 billion USD in the first eight months of this year, a 1.6% increase compared to the same period in 2025, according to the General Statistics Office of Vietnam. As the market continues to grow, businesses are enhancing their competitiveness to meet demands for quality, speed, and production flexibility. This drives the need for investment in automated, high-precision machinery.
In the textile machinery segment at VTG 2026, brands like Roshow, CBL, and Embprin will introduce their computer embroidery machines. Brother, Pegasus, Kansai, Hashima, and Juita will display a range of high-performance sewing machines suitable for various fabrics. Additionally, Epson, Sansin, DTF, Infinite Creation, THN Viet Nam, and Golden Light will present digital fabric printing equipment.
The market increasingly favors versatile fabrics and those made from natural fibers. At the exhibition, brands Jay Jay, Regen-Tech, Reo Eco, and Tungtex will showcase innovative fabric solutions with transparent origins.
The event will also highlight solutions for other key stages in textile production. Perka will unveil testing equipment, while Huntsman will present new chemicals to optimize dyeing processes. Van Nang Banok will display labeling and product identification accessories.
Organizers stated that this diversity ensures visitors can access a comprehensive range of machinery, fabrics, chemicals, testing systems, and production support solutions during their visit to source products at the exhibition.

In the footwear industry, Vietnam surpassed China for the first time in the first half of this year to become the largest supplier to the US market. Total export turnover reached 11.95 billion USD, a slight increase of 0.5% over the same period. This position creates higher demands for production capacity, process control, and manufacturing technology.
The VFM 2026 exhibition will showcase machinery for every stage of footwear production, from material preparation and shaping to sole attachment and final product inspection. Taiwei Machinery, Guangsu, Jingneng, and Nippy KikAI specialize in splitting and beveling machines. Chuanli, Tengyulong, Sincere, and Fulide focus on equipment for product shaping, sanding, and sole attachment. Erlangshen and Tianhong will provide inspection solutions to ensure product quality.

These sessions will cover practical strategies, helping textile, garment, and footwear businesses build smarter, greener supply chains that adhere to international standards.
According to the organizers, in a rapidly changing international market, businesses must innovate, act boldly, and forge strong partnerships to maintain a competitive edge and keep pace with trends.
VTG 2026 aims to connect industry experts with key businesses, explore innovative solutions, and acquire in-depth knowledge. "VTG 2026 can help you achieve your goals of optimizing operations, moving towards sustainable development, or expanding your global reach," an organizer representative added.
