J&T Express introduces a door-to-door delivery application for orders starting from one item

J&T Express launches a personal shipping application, enabling users to create orders, track shipments, and arrange door-to-door pickups via phone, aiming for a flexible and convenient experience.

During summer, hot weather, sudden rain, and busy lifestyles increase the need to send items to relatives and friends, demanding flexible services that minimize travel.

J&T Express notes a shift in behavior among individual customers, those who do not ship frequently or for business purposes. Instead of taking items to a post office, waiting, or filling out forms manually, many are seeking digital solutions that allow them to manage the entire process actively using only a mobile device.

Consequently, the company launched a shipping application for individual customers to extend its service experience to general users. The application is designed to simplify operations, allowing users to ship items anytime, anywhere, without prior experience.

A noticeable change in the personal shipping process is how orders are created. Instead of writing down recipient information, taking items to a drop-off point, and waiting for processing, users can complete the entire process quickly on their phones. The clear display of shipping fees before order confirmation helps users proactively choose their desired service.

Ngoc Tram (TP HCM) mentioned that as she does not ship frequently, she used to feel quite confused every time she visited a post office, especially when it was crowded. Recently, she tried downloading the J&T Express application and creating an order, finding everything clear and only taking a few minutes to enter information before her items could be shipped.

Additionally, the door-to-door pickup service, even for single orders, helps change the approach to shipping. Users can complete the entire process from home without needing to travel, which is suitable for individual customers with infrequent shipping needs.

Hoang Long (Hanoi) shared that since using the application, he only needs to schedule a pickup, and someone comes to collect his items, making the process much more proactive.

Beyond convenience, J&T Express emphasizes transparency and tracking capabilities. Users can track their order journey in real-time directly on the application, eliminating the need to keep receipts or enter tracking codes as before.

The application also integrates a shipment management feature based on the registered phone number, allowing users to look up not only orders they have sent but also those delivered to them from various platforms.

Additionally, a customer support system is designed to answer questions during order creation, shipping, or troubleshooting, contributing to a seamless experience.

Alongside the application's launch, J&T Express is implementing a promotional program to encourage new users. Until 30/4, customers who download the application and register an account for the first time will receive a 50,000 dong shipping fee voucher.

According to a company representative, with increasingly flexible personal shipping needs, digital platforms are expected to change the approach to delivery services. As the shipping process simplifies, user experience becomes a decisive factor in maintaining and expanding services.
