Kalpen Vietnam opens first showroom in Hanoi

The new showroom, located at 75A Nguyen Trai, Khuong Dinh, Hanoi, offers a modern space for experiencing a diverse range of home appliances and electrical household devices.

The event, held on 22/5, was attended by the leadership of Kalpen Group Joint Stock Company, strategic partners, distributors, agents, and numerous customers. A ribbon-cutting ceremony and lion dance performances officially marked the opening of Kalpen's first showroom in Hanoi.

Beyond being a product display area, the new showroom is designed to be a "touchpoint" where customers can directly experience the brand's home and electrical appliance product lines. According to a company representative, the new showroom marks an expansion of the distribution system, forming a part of Kalpen's strategy to enhance service experience in the Vietnamese market. Through this direct shopping space, Kalpen aims to reduce the distance between the brand and consumers, while also gathering real-world feedback to continuously improve its products and services.

These include: Aeon shopping centers, Dien may Xanh supermarkets, FPT retail, and a network of over 3,000 stores, agents, and distributors spanning 34 provinces nationwide. The space is designed with a modern layout, optimizing functionality to allow customers to easily experience the features of home and electrical appliances. This showroom also enables the company to shorten the distance to customers, directly listening to feedback, desires, and actual needs from Hanoi consumers. This provides the company with practical data to continuously research, improve, and optimize product and service quality in the future.

To celebrate the opening, Kalpen is running a promotional program for customers from 22/5 to 29/5 at the Hanoi showroom. The program includes various activities such as: golden hour discounts up to 50%, gifts based on invoice value with a total gift value of up to 760,000 dong, and a trade-in program for old pans to get new Kalpen pans at a special price.
