Digital transformation is creating new demands for millions of household businesses. A sales transaction extends beyond receiving payment, encompassing multiple operations such as product management, revenue recording, cash flow control, invoice issuance, and data preparation for accounting and taxes. When these steps are handled across various separate platforms, household businesses spend additional time and human resources manually reconciling and processing data.
Responding to this need, KienlongBank upgraded MyShop to version 5.0, applying artificial intelligence (AI) and integrating these operations onto one platform. This aims to digitize the entire cash flow management and operational process for household businesses.
"Previously, MyShop supported cash flow identification through dedicated payment accounts, static and dynamic QR codes, and real-time revenue tracking," said Hoang Ngoc Thuyet, Deputy Director in charge of KienlongBank's Digital Banking Division. "In this new phase, the platform expands with sales management, electronic invoicing, digital signature, and tax declaration support features."

A key feature of MyShop 5.0 is its ability to connect previously disparate operations into a seamless journey.
For sales and cash flow management, the platform integrates functions such as product catalog management, order creation, payment processing, transaction history, business reports, and personnel authorization. Household business owners can monitor all activities from a single interface, eliminating manual record-keeping or the use of multiple separate tools.
MyShop 5.0 not only records transactions but also supports document processing within the same workflow. Electronic invoice issuance and digital signing are performed directly on the platform, allowing household businesses to proactively meet increasingly stringent legal requirements.
Notably, the platform adds tax declaration support features, linking sales data, cash flow, and invoices within a unified system. This reduces manual compilation for household businesses, simplifying document preparation and tax-related tasks.
By linking their household business payment account with the KienlongBank Plus application, users can view balances, track transaction history, monitor income and expenses, download statements, and transfer funds directly from their account, bypassing the need for Internet Banking.
The platform supports both static and dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes are used for multiple payments, while dynamic QR codes allow creating payment codes with specific amounts and content for each transaction.
The bank expects MyShop 5.0 to be a powerful assistant, helping household businesses digitize their entire sales process, manage cash flow, and handle related operations, thereby allowing them to focus on sustainable development.
