This backlog represents the highest in Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company's operational history. Approximately 74% of the unexecuted contract value, or 46,000 billion VND, pertains to high-rise projects. Resort real estate projects account for about 10%, with the remainder comprising factory and infrastructure works.
According to Coteccons' business results announcement, company leadership indicated that the infrastructure segment secured several large-scale new contracts in the past three months. This development opens up a new segment, reducing dependence on traditional revenue sources.
The rate of projects from existing clients, known as "repeat sales," reached 94% in the first half of the fiscal year (from 1/7 to 31/12/2025). In the construction industry, this is an important indicator reflecting the client's confidence in the contractor's execution capabilities and construction quality.
"We do not pursue growth at all costs; instead, we prioritize quality projects, risk control, and delivering real value to clients and shareholders. The growing backlog and high rate of returning clients demonstrate the market's recognition of this change," Coteccons Chairman Bolat Duisenov stated in the business results announcement.

Tran Ngoc Hai, Coteccons Deputy General Director of Commercial Operations, previously noted that the large volume of backlog ensures stable work for the company for one to two years. Hai expressed satisfaction with this but also acknowledged the pressure to transform the workload into quality products and recognize revenue on schedule.
According to the financial report for the first half of the fiscal year, Coteccons recorded nearly 17,460 billion VND in revenue, 50% higher than the same period last year. High-rise projects contributed over 10,600 billion VND in revenue. Factory construction accounted for 20% of the revenue during this period, with a smaller portion coming from resort real estate and infrastructure.
The leading construction company reported an after-tax profit of 523 billion VND, an increase of 165% compared to the same period and achieving 75% of the full fiscal year's profit plan.
Coteccons aims for a fiscal year 2026 revenue target of over 30,000 billion VND, representing a 21% increase over the same period and setting a new record if achieved. The company expects an after-tax profit of 700 billion VND, up 54% and reaching its highest level since 2020.
