Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi is hosting the "The Parallel Universe" campaign from 28/8 to 27/9. The shopping center's space is refreshed with check-in points and interactive activities.
On the 2nd floor, the event area features a giant Cloudy Girl model and a Mirror-verse space. This aims to refresh the shopping experience through art and entertainment.

One of the main activities is the Lotte 3rd Anniversary "Parallel Universe" lucky draw program, open to LS.Point members from 29/8 until 14h on 27/9. The total prize value is nearly 900 million VND.
Customers with a valid daily invoice of 2 million VND or more can receive a lucky draw ticket. This offers a chance to win a Jaecoo J5 EV Flagship electric car, a YADEA electric motorbike, or a three-day, two-night resort voucher at Lasong Hotel & Villa Sam Son. Results will be announced via livestream on 27/9.
LS.Point members with dining, shopping, or entertainment invoices of one million VND or more can also redeem gifts themed "The Parallel Universe". Specifically, from 19/9 to 22/9, invoices of 5 million VND or more will receive a limited-edition gift set.

On digital platforms, the TikTok contest "Enter a strange universe - Review for gifts" runs from 6/9 to 27/9. This encourages customers to share photos and videos of their experiences at the mall. Eligible participants have a chance to receive Lotte vouchers worth up to 5 million VND, along with other program gifts.
On 20/9, Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi plans to host a birthday program with activities for families and children, including interactions with "The Parallel Universe" characters. The center also offers gifts for new LS.Point members during the campaign.

The series of activities celebrates Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi's three years of operation. The shopping center has welcomed over 40 million cumulative visitors as of 8/2026. The complex at 272 Vo Chi Cong, Hanoi, integrates a shopping mall, supermarket, hotel, and aquarium.
Beyond retail, the mall implements energy-saving solutions. The rooftop solar power system supplies over 2 million kWh annually. Additionally, inverter HVAC air conditioning technology saves approximately one million kWh each year. According to the unit, these solutions aim to reduce electricity consumption by 20-25%.
Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi plans to continue upgrading its space and adding new fashion and culinary brands. Some of these brands are expected to launch in Hanoi by the end of this year.
