The Private 100 ranks private enterprises based on their budget contributions. Beyond common metrics for assessing business scale, such as revenue, assets, or market share, tax contributions directly demonstrate a business's financial impact on state revenue.

For Tan A Dai Thanh, its 39th position and 1,474 billion VND budget contribution are among the notable operational results recorded in 2025. After 33 years of development, these contributions not only fulfill financial obligations but also reflect the scale of operations and the economic value generated during the company's production and business activities.
Established in 1993, Tan A Dai Thanh currently operates as a multi-industry group with three core pillars: industrial, high-tech, and real estate. The group stands as one of Vietnam's largest family businesses, with three generations actively participating in its establishment, governance, and development.
Over more than three decades, the enterprise expanded from its manufacturing foundation into new business sectors: high-tech and real estate. Throughout this process, successive generations of the founding family have engaged in management and operations in various roles, ensuring leadership continuity and supplementing leadership resources for subsequent development phases.

Alongside expanding business operations and fulfilling obligations to the state, the group identifies customers, partners, and employees as crucial factors in creating long-term value. Harmonizing the interests of the enterprise and its stakeholders is central to its long-term development strategy, rather than focusing solely on short-term growth objectives.
In the next phase, the group states it will continue to boost investment in key business sectors, enhance operational capabilities, and adapt to market changes. Parallel to its growth targets, the enterprise aims to expand the value generated from its business activities and increase its contributions to the economy.
According to a company representative, this direction is also linked to the group's mission of "spreading prosperity": developing the business while creating value for customers, partners, employees, and the community, and fulfilling its responsibilities to the state. The Private 100 milestone is thus viewed by the enterprise as an outcome in realizing this development orientation.
