MB's 'define happiness' survey attracts thousands

Coinciding with the launch of its "MB Priority - Happiness in every moment" brand message, MB's "Define Happiness" community survey has attracted thousands of participants.

The survey revealed that 89% of MB customers don't define happiness by material possessions, but rather by simple, close-to-heart experiences like family meals, good health, sharing with loved ones, and inner peace. The bank sees this as evidence of a positive societal trend, where more people are appreciating everyday moments instead of solely pursuing financial goals.

An MB representative explained that the survey wasn't just social research, but a dialogue with customers. Instead of focusing solely on assets or profits, MB chose happiness as a humane theme to connect with and support customers in building a sustainable emotional well-being.

"What customers seek isn't just financial services, but a balanced life. With MB Priority, we aim to be a partner in transforming happiness into tangible experiences in every moment," the representative shared.

Based on customer values, MB developed Priority services with personalized tiers, offering numerous privileges and preferential experiences centered around happiness and quality of life. Leveraging its comprehensive financial ecosystem, this service provides a complete package of solutions, from flexible payments and optimized investments to securing the future for the entire family.

MB Priority highlights three key privilege groups. "Asset growth" helps increase financial resources through various tools, notably a pre-approved credit limit program that empowers customers with access to capital and saves on borrowing costs. This is complemented by the Priority Land real estate investment product, featuring investment loan privileges, free early repayment options, and preferential deposit interest rates higher than usual.

"Priority Care" offers premium service experiences such as airport lounge access, expedited check-in, and convenient security clearance. Customers also enjoy service in exclusive, luxurious spaces, along with access to personal financial experts and a dedicated 24/7 support line.

Meanwhile, "Nurturing Mind-Body-Spirit" focuses on achieving a holistic balance between physical, mental, and intellectual well-being. Benefits range from vacations, dining, golf, pickleball, and concerts to healthcare and beauty services, combined with educational services like educational consulting, study abroad and language scholarships, and financial management for children.

The "MB Priority - Happiness in Every Moment" campaign is more than just a communication message; it affirms MB's vision of "For customer happiness." The bank stated its commitment to delivering comprehensive experiences that transcend financial services, connecting material benefits with spiritual values for customers.
