The bank has also implemented an embedded banking model. Specifically, customers can open an MSB account via the VneID link on Zalo's ChatBanking app instead of downloading a banking app. MSB has also integrated AI to advise, support, and process transactions, enabling customers to transact seamlessly from anywhere.

A notable example is M-Flex, an online mortgage service with a maximum limit of 15 billion VND, approved within 4 business hours. The entire process, from registration and approval to disbursement, is done online, saving customers time and allowing them to seize business opportunities promptly. In addition, the bank has developed Sinh loi khong ngung, a flexible investment account with higher-than-average returns, allowing customers to manage and generate profits from idle capital anytime, anywhere.
