According to the agreement, starting in 2026, both parties will focus resources on boosting the distribution of Nagakawa's key product lines across the entire Dien May Xanh supermarket system. The residential air conditioning segment, Nagakawa's core strength, will continue to be prioritized for market coverage expansion and sales policies.
A new aspect of this cooperation phase is the plan to expand Nagakawa's product portfolio into household appliances and kitchen equipment. This aims to provide complete solutions for living spaces, meeting the increasingly diverse and demanding needs of Vietnamese households.

Both entities view this partnership as a significant transformation in the relationship between manufacturer and retailer, evolving from annual commercial contracts to a long-term strategic direction spanning five years.
According to a Nagakawa representative, the company has achieved impressive revenue growth within the Dien May Xanh system for three consecutive years. This result demonstrates the products' appeal to consumers and confirms the operational compatibility and business philosophies between the two parties. "This serves as a foundation for both businesses to deepen their commitment, maximizing market potential in a new business cycle", the representative stated.
Representatives from both sides also noted that the cooperation occurs as Vietnam's electronics market enters a strong restructuring phase. Increasing competitive pressure compels businesses to shift their mindset from simple sales to optimizing customer experience and service. Establishing a strategic partnership allows both parties to proactively plan inventory, stabilize prices, and enhance service quality, thereby creating a sustainable competitive advantage.

Conversely, Dien May Xanh diversifies its product catalog, offering customers more quality options at reasonable prices while optimizing business efficiency at each point of sale.
