PVI Insurance partners with MISA to expand digital insurance distribution

PVI Insurance signed a partnership with MISA Group on december 25 to distribute non-life insurance products on a digital platform, aiming to expand benefits for businesses and individuals.

Under the agreement, PVI Insurance's non-life products are integrated directly onto the MISA Insurance platform, connecting with MISA's ecosystem of sales, accounting, and e-invoice software. This solution allows customers to purchase insurance 100% online directly through the software, streamlining processes, reducing manual steps, and saving time and costs.

In addition, the two parties are implementing social insurance collection services on MISA's digital platform. With small and household businesses required to contribute social insurance for their employees starting from 1/7, this solution is expected to help these entities fulfill their obligations more conveniently, thereby expanding social security coverage.

The insurance and social insurance collection services integrated on the MISA platform allow businesses to select, register, and pay online, while also tracking transaction history and status in real time. Representatives from both parties state this initiative simplifies procedures and saves resources for businesses, especially small and household businesses.

On the partner's side, Nguyen Xuan Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of MISA, noted that the agreement provides a foundation for both parties to expand their utility ecosystem. They aim to integrate additional services such as car, home, and factory insurance, as well as social insurance collection, thereby offering a seamless experience and increasing sustainable value for customers.

"With a customer-centric approach, we believe the combination of MISA's technological capabilities and PVI Insurance's reputation and expertise will help mitigate risks for customers, while contributing to shaping and developing the digital economy in Vietnam," shared Nguyen Thi Ngoan, MISA Chief Financial Officer and CEO of JetPay, a MISA subsidiary.

MISA has over 30 years of experience in information technology, serving nearly 400,000 businesses and household businesses, 44,500 administrative units, and 3.5 million individual users. The company develops a comprehensive digital management platform ecosystem, with finance and accounting as its core, connected to the payment infrastructure developed by JetPay.

PVI Insurance is a leading non-life insurer in Vietnam, possessing financial strength and an extensive service network. In 2025, PVI Insurance was honored at the InsuranceAsia News Awards for Excellence with the "General Insurer of the Year" and "Underwriting Initiative of the Year" awards.

According to representatives from both parties, the signing ceremony marks a new phase of deep cooperation between a technology company and an insurance enterprise. This partnership is customer-centric, technology-driven, and aims for long-term social value. In the future, MISA and PVI Insurance will continue to explore and expand their cooperation to optimize potential and enhance customer experience.
