The new general director of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company, born in 1982, holds a master's degree from the University of London and several certifications in finance and accounting. Since joining the Vingroup ecosystem in 2017, Huong has held leadership positions, including deputy general director of Vincom Logistics Support and head of finance and accounting for Vinpearl.
In addition to Huong, the company's executive board includes four other members: Vo Thi Phuong Thao, Nguyen Dinh Nga, Vu Thi Kim Huong, and Do My Huong.
Dang Thanh Thuy, Vinpearl's former general director, submitted his resignation on 25/12. However, he will continue to serve as a member of the resort company's Board of Directors.

Vinpearl is a company within the Vingroup ecosystem, with the conglomerate owned by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong holding an 85% stake. The company stands as a leading domestic tourism and resort service brand, operating 48 facilities across 18 provinces and cities. These include 31 hotels and resorts with a capacity of over 16,000 rooms, along with theme parks, entertainment complexes, golf courses, and dining establishments.
In 2023, Vingroup restructured Vinpearl into two legal entities: Ngoc Viet and Vinpearl. The resort chain officially listed its shares on the HoSE stock exchange in the middle of this year.
For Quarter III, Vinpearl reported revenues of 3,094 billion VND and after-tax profits of 169 billion VND, representing declines of 40,7% and 66,6% respectively compared to the same period last year. The company's cumulative after-tax profit for the first nine months fell by 86% year-on-year.
