The Visit Vietnam platform launched on the morning of 20/12 in Phu Quoc. Operated by Sun Group and sponsored by the government, the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, and the National Data Association, Visit Vietnam is positioned as a comprehensive "digital touchpoint" for tourism. It allows visitors to access information, plan itineraries, book accommodation, entertainment services, and connect directly with tourism businesses nationwide, all within a single ecosystem.

As a strategic partner, NCB collaborates with the National Data Association and VISA to integrate the iziPay digital payment solution directly onto the Visit Vietnam platform. This solution enables users to book services and make payments directly through the Visit Vietnam application at accepted locations across the country. This significantly reduces inconveniences for international tourists related to payments and foreign currency exchange.
The bank states that this solution is tailored to the spending habits of international visitors and the growing popularity of digital payments domestically. It aims to enhance the tourism experience and empower visitors with greater control over their exploration and relaxation journeys in Vietnam.

Beyond its partnership with Visit Vietnam, NCB is advancing cross-border payment solutions. The bank has worked with Napas to implement QRGlobal payments, allowing tourists from Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and China (UnionPay) to use their home country's banking applications or payment platforms to pay at NCB's QRPay acceptance points in Vietnam. This system is expected to expand its connections to markets such as South Korea, China (Alipay), Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and India in the future.

For customers who prefer international card payments, NCB offers 100% online credit card application through the NCB iziMobile application. Users receive a non-physical card for immediate spending, while the physical card is delivered or can be picked up at an automated kiosk. The bank also provides various tourism and resort incentives for Visa cardholders, including: 10% cashback when booking through Booking.com, 15% off when booking services on Agoda, free access to 23 business lounges nationwide within the Song Hong Business Lounge system, and discounts of up to 30% on spa, dining, and golf services at high-end resort systems across the country.
According to an NCB representative, collaborating with Visit Vietnam is part of its strategy to promote inclusive finance and innovate payment experiences. This initiative supports Vietnam's tourism sector in better engaging international visitors and building an image of a friendly, convenient, and digitally integrated Vietnam.
