The comprehensive cooperation agreement with Petrolimex was signed as NCB expands its corporate financing, supply chain funding, and infrastructure project investments.
According to the bank, NCB currently finances supply chains for over 180 businesses with a credit scale of trillions of VND, while also providing capital for approximately 70 projects nationwide. These include many large-scale and national key projects such as: infrastructure works for APEC 2027 in Phu Quoc; the Tran Hung Dao bridge project (Hanoi); the Central City Square and Administrative Center of TP HCM. Most recently, NCB became the funding bank and lead capital arranger for the construction of the road connecting Gia Binh airport to Hanoi.

Alongside expanding credit activities, NCB continues to increase capital to supplement resources for its business operations. The bank aims to raise its charter capital to 62,280 billion VND by 2027, approximately two times the current level. If NCB successfully implements this capital increase plan, it will set a record with five consecutive capital increases within six years (2021-2027), entering the top 10 banks with the largest charter capital in the Vietnamese banking market.
