At the opening ceremony of the northern operations center on 21/7, Mr. Teong stated that customers are no longer seeking a simple transport provider but rather a logistics partner who understands their business operations, can protect goods, and helps them operate efficiently. "To realize this vision, we are implementing a long-term investment strategy to enhance our service capabilities nationwide," Mr. Teong explained.

According to the company's leadership, the most significant milestone in this strategy is the activation of the Northern Regional Operations Center in Mapletree Hung Yen. This facility is located in a key northern production area, spanning 3,000 square meters. With a processing capacity of up to 1,000 CBM or 100 tons of goods daily, the new center strengthens the network and expands the system's warehousing capabilities. This also prepares the company to implement high-security cargo handling services specifically for high-value shipments.
A company representative stated that this center signifies more than just a typical infrastructure facility. Beyond increasing capacity, the company is also investing heavily in technology platforms. The new system enhances operational visibility, improves data-driven decision-making, and boosts service speed and quality.
Under its new strategy, the company is focusing on strengthening integrated logistics capabilities to serve corporate clients across various specialized sectors. Target customer segments include: banking and finance, electronics, textiles, pharmaceuticals/cosmetics, and consumer goods. As supply chains grow more complex, Mr. Teong believes logistics providers must transform from mere service providers into long-term business partners. "Every investment, from infrastructure and technology to people and processes, aims to create greater value for our customers," Mr. Teong affirmed.

Gdex Group, Netco's strategic shareholder, identifies Vietnam as one of the most crucial strategic markets in its regional development plan. The chairman of Netco's Board of Directors believes that Vietnam's robust manufacturing base, continuous foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows, and domestic economic growth will generate numerous opportunities for integrated logistics solutions in the coming years. By combining local expertise with the parent group's extensive network, the company aims to build a modern operational platform. This goal is expected to not only support businesses in Vietnam but also enhance regional connectivity within ASEAN.
Throughout this transformation, the company's leadership remains focused on building an organization that earns customer trust and fosters long-term partnerships. He affirmed that the company's success is measured not merely by order volume or warehouse numbers, but by the trust gained and the positive impact delivered to the business community.
