PVI Insurance honored by InsuranceAsia News for two consecutive years

PVI Insurance recognized by InsuranceAsia News in four categories for insurers in the Vietnam market, acknowledging its performance in business, digital transformation, claims management, and corporate operations.

InsuranceAsia News recently announced the results of its Country Awards for Excellence 2026, an annual program honoring outstanding insurance companies in individual countries across the Asia-Pacific region. A judging panel and editorial board select recipients through a multi-round evaluation process.

PVI Insurance surpassed competitors, earning recognition in four categories: Best General Insurer, Best Digital Insurer, Outstanding Claims Management, and Outstanding CEO.

According to the organizers, the Best General Insurer award recognizes non-life insurance companies demonstrating strong financial capability, business efficiency, service quality, and market position.

Beyond business performance, digital transformation is a key area for PVI Insurance. The editorial board noted that the Best Digital Insurer award acknowledges the company's advancements in applying technology, digitizing operational processes, and developing online distribution and service channels. Leveraging data, automating processes, and connecting with digital platforms have helped the company enhance operational efficiency and shorten customer processing times.

"Digital transformation is not merely a tool supporting business operations; it is becoming an integral part of our strategy to enhance service quality and competitive capability", a company representative shared.

In insurance claims resolution, PVI Insurance received the Outstanding Claims Management award, recognizing its claims management capabilities. The company standardized processes for receiving, assessing, and resolving claims, improved coordination among operational departments, and applied technology to enhance processing speed, accuracy, and transparency in claims activities. This process is applied to large, complex losses and clients in highly specialized fields.

This marks the second consecutive year the company has been honored by InsuranceAsia News in these three categories. This year, Pham Anh Duc, General Director of PVI Insurance, also received the Outstanding CEO award, recognizing his contributions to corporate management and operations.

The Country Awards for Excellence 2026 continue PVI Insurance's series of international achievements this year. Previously, on 17/7, the company received the Best Non-Life Insurance Company - Vietnam 2026 award from World Finance magazine (UK) at the World Finance Insurance Awards.

In addition to PVI Insurance, Hanoi Re, a PVI member operating in the reinsurance sector, also received the Best (Re)Insurer award from InsuranceAsia News at the Country Awards for Excellence - Vietnam 2026.

A PVI Insurance representative stated that continuous international recognition reflects the company's efforts in sustainable development, enhancing governance capabilities, applying technology, and improving service quality. The company expects these results to form a foundation for further strengthening its competitiveness and expanding operations in the regional market.

"With the motto 'Think different - Act different - Achieve different results,' we will continue to innovate, strengthen our internal capabilities, and achieve new development milestones, thereby contributing to elevating the position of Vietnamese insurance brands on the international stage", the representative shared.
