The solution features autonomous robots and a "digital twin" model of the entire warehouse. This allows the system to scan and analyze real-time data, providing the company with a complete, accurate view of all warehouse activities. The technology was implemented with the support of Raymond Storage Concepts, a specialist in intralogistics solutions and a strategic partner of Dexory since March.

The new technology enables ODW Logistics to detect and address inventory discrepancies earlier through increased frequency of automated scans. This shortens reconciliation times and significantly reduces labor for manual checks.
The system also supports pallet audits for CHEP and PECO, two major pallet providers in North America, to reduce penalties. It collects and analyzes over 20,000 storage locations per scan and performs multiple automated full-facility scans each week without disrupting operations.
Kayla Watson, senior inventory manager at ODW Logistics, described this as a turning point in the company's journey towards automation and supply chain efficiency. "DexoryView has transformed how we manage inventory and identify issues. The ability to automatically scan, gather detailed data, and receive real-time feedback helps our team work more efficiently, reduce discrepancies, and shorten processing times", she stated.
This implementation demonstrates ODW Logistics' commitment to expanding automation and fostering innovation in inventory management.
