Customers can order jeans, activewear, holiday pajamas, and more from over 1,000 Old Navy stores using the DoorDash app.
An Old Navy representative stated that increasing demand for convenience prompted the brand to expand its accessibility channels. Haio Barbeito, President and CEO of Old Navy, noted the company aims to "meet customers where they need us" to enhance the shopping experience, making it as effortless as ordering food.
DoorDash reported a growing demand for express delivery of fashion products. Last December, over 25% of the app's monthly active users placed orders from at least one new category, including retail.
DoorDash began offering on-demand express delivery services for retailers in 2023, partnering with major brands such as: Ulta Beauty, Home Depot, and Academy Sports + Outdoors.
