Representatives from Omi Technology Joint Stock Company (Omi JSC) and Buber Connect leadership signed a contract in Vientiane, Laos in September. This event marks the entry of the Vietnamese enterprise's Omicall cloud call center platform into the Lao market.
According to Nguyen Linh Nhan, CEO of Omi JSC, this initiative aligns with the company's strategy to expand enterprise communication solutions to neighboring markets. The platform was previously deployed in Vietnam and Cambodia.

Omicall integrates a cloud call center, omnichannel communication, and customer relationship management (CRM) on a single platform. Businesses can consolidate hotline calls, messages from Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels into one common management interface, linking them to each customer's profile and interaction history. This model helps sales and customer service teams track interactions seamlessly, reducing data dispersion across multiple tools.
"Lao businesses can assign responsible personnel, record exchange history, manage customer information, and track processing progress directly on the system," CEO Linh Nhan stated.

For the Lao market, Omi JSC adopted an approach through a network of local partners, highly valuing the capabilities of the Buber Connect team, a company specializing in providing digital business solutions. Concurrently, Omi JSC develops consulting, implementation, and direct support activities for businesses.
Buber Connect stated that by combining their local market understanding with Omicall's technology platform, they are committed to delivering a comprehensive communication solution. "We will directly accompany Lao businesses through every stage, helping them successfully apply this technology to elevate their customer experience," a representative said.
According to the plan, in addition to providing user accounts, the Omicall - Buber Connect team will participate from the operational model survey, call center setup, connecting communication channels, system configuration, to guiding personnel on usage. Depending on their scale, each business can choose a suitable configuration for their sales department, customer care, or operational call center, rather than investing in a separate system from scratch. This approach also allows businesses to expand the number of users and communication channels in phases, aligning with actual needs.
The Omicall platform currently handles three million calls daily and has achieved ISO 27001:2022 information security certification. In Vietnam, the platform has been deployed in various sectors, including finance, retail, and logistics. According to Nguyen Linh Nhan, Omicall helped an international bank increase its call pickup rate by 20-30% and enabled a large retail chain to boost its request processing rate to 99%.
Nguyen Linh Nhan clarified that beyond expanding call infrastructure in Laos, the platform is being developed to integrate customer data, automation, and multichannel management within a single system. "Beyond providing call management software, we hope to help Lao businesses centralize customer communication on one platform, reduce fragmented operations, and enhance service capability as customer volume increases," CEO Linh Nhan added.

Following the launch event, the Vietnamese enterprise plans to further expand its partner network, enhance local support capabilities, and gradually introduce more automation features into the Omicall ecosystem. Moving forward, Omi's leadership will adjust deployment methods based on the actual needs of each customer group, rather than applying a fixed model for all entities.
