PGBank's new platform allows customers to use a single login account across multiple transaction channels, from mobile banking to internet banking. This synchronizes the interface and data, simplifying operations and ensuring a seamless experience when using financial services.
Additionally, PGBank expands its utility ecosystem on the application, integrating VNPAY services such as booking movie tickets, train tickets, flight tickets, calling taxis, paying bills, and online shopping. Users can fulfill many daily needs within one application without switching between different platforms.

The digital banking application also adds an online savings feature with an online settlement lock mechanism. This allows customers greater autonomy in managing assets and controlling transactions. This upgrade addresses the demand for convenient, secure, and flexible financial tools as users increasingly prioritize digital experiences.
According to a bank representative, these improvements are based on in-depth research into user behavior and habits. The goal is to streamline operations, increase processing speed, and ensure seamlessness in every transaction step.
Nguyen Van Huong, General Director of PGBank, stated that upgrading the omnichannel digital banking platform is the next step in the bank's digital transformation strategy.
"We aim to deliver modern, secure, and flexible financial experiences, empowering customers in all transactions, while building a foundation for their long-term development journey," Mr. Huong said.
Users can now experience the new version of the PGBank App through eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) technology, enabling online account opening without visiting a transaction counter. Existing users are advised to update to the new version to access all features.
