William Ho, PIL's Chief Trade Officer, stated that the implementation of these two new feeder services in the West Coast Central America region demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting the dynamic trade development in Latin America. "By expanding our network and increasing the number of operating vessels, we are not only improving our service scope but also enabling our customers to capture the growth potential in this region. This exemplifies our customer-centric philosophy, focusing on the future, and providing solutions tailored to the evolving market needs," Ho said.
Feeder service 2 (CA2) will commence operations on 31/8, departing from Lazaro Cardenas (Mexico), while the West Coast Central America Feeder 1 (CA1) will begin on 9/9 from Buenaventura (Colombia).
The ports of call for CA1 are: Buenaventura - Corinto - Puerto Caldera - Buenaventura.
The ports of call for CA2 are: Lazaro Cardenas - Acajutla - Lazaro Cardenas.
"The launch of CA1 and CA2 provides customers with more convenient and efficient access to Central American ports," a company representative shared.
