Strategy helps Nam An receive 'Asia Quality 2026' award

Nam An Aesthetic Hospital receives 'Asia Quality Product, Service 2026' award through investment in infrastructure, equipment, a professional team, and an operating system.

Nam An Aesthetic Hospital was honored with the "Asia Quality Product, Service 2026" award during the Vietnam - Asia Economic Cooperation Forum 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City on 26/7. Nguyen Thi Nhu Lan, the hospital's CEO, stated that the recognition acknowledges the collective efforts of all staff in establishing a professional aesthetic environment centered on client needs.

"This also motivates us to continue pursuing our philosophy of 'ethical aesthetics', prioritizing client safety, transparency, and trust," Ms. Nhu Lan added.

The award, organized by the Institute for Service Enterprise Quality Assessment and other entities, evaluated recipients based on several criteria: brand reputation in Vietnam and Asia, product and service quality, competitive capacity, sustainable development strategy, legal compliance, and community responsibility.

Established in 2017, Nam An currently employs over 300 staff members and has served more than 20,000 clients. According to a hospital representative, this award reflects the effectiveness of their investment strategy. This strategy encompasses professional staff development, facility enhancements, operational systems, and management processes, all aimed at standardizing every stage of service, from consultation to post-operative care.

First Degree Specialist Doctor Do Quang Khai, Nam An's Medical Director, emphasized that aesthetic results are merely the final stage of treatment. The true quality of a service encompasses the client's entire journey: from initial consultation, examination, health assessment, and selection of appropriate methods to comprehensive post-operative care.

To ensure a smooth recovery for clients, the hospital standardizes its pre-aesthetic screening process, employs minimally invasive technologies and techniques, and provides close post-operative monitoring. Clients meeting professional criteria may return home on the same day, receiving thorough follow-up. Doctor Do Quang Khai stressed, "Returning home on the same day does not mean rushing the procedure, but rather doing it correctly from the start."

As part of its development strategy, Nam An consistently updates and integrates advanced machinery for surgery and skin care. This includes the Ignite RF skin tightening device, Micro Air and Ultraz liposuction machines, a vital signs monitoring system, a Drager anesthesia machine, and a Zeus 400 electrosurgical unit for hemostasis. The hospital also features many skin rejuvenation devices, such as Thermage FLX, Ultherapy Prime, and the Visia skin analysis system.

The leadership team also upgrades facilities to improve service quality. In the near future, the hospital will launch the Nam An Lounge, offering additional wellness and relaxation services like hair washing for health, therapeutic massage, and nail care, alongside its aesthetic solutions.

Furthermore, the hospital prioritizes human resources. Its team of doctors regularly attends international professional conferences, including ISAPS, AMWC, EADV, and PARS, to stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetics. This is complemented by weekly internal training sessions, which involve scientific reports, discussions on new specialized topics, and clinical case reviews, thereby strengthening the capabilities of doctors, nurses, and staff.

These strategies positioned Nam An among the top aesthetic hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City's Department of Health quality assessment in 2024. Last year, the hospital was honored as a "Top 10 ASEAN Quality Hospital 2025" and received the "Aesthetic Hospital of the Year" award from Global Health Asia Pacific magazine.

"An award may recognize efforts over a period, but what we aim to maintain every day is our clients' trust. The philosophy of 'ethical aesthetics' continues to guide our journey in enhancing service quality and client experience," CEO Nhu Lan concluded.
