This factory represents Suntory PepsiCo's most advanced facility in Vietnam, designed for high automation. It seamlessly integrates raw material processing, packaging, warehousing, and logistics. The factory utilizes a smart utility management system, high-speed packaging lines, and a fully automated warehouse powered by robotic technology.

The factory's production capabilities are among the most advanced in the region. The can line operates at speeds of up to 120,000 cans per hour, while the PET line reaches 84,000 bottles per hour.

Notably, the facility houses Suntory PepsiCo's first fully automated warehouse in Asia. Covering 15,000 square meters, this automated warehouse has a capacity of 43,000 pallets. Robotic systems handle automated storage, retrieval, and real-time goods transportation, significantly improving operational efficiency, workplace safety, and optimizing supply chain flexibility.

The factory also enhances its use of renewable electricity through a rooftop solar power system, with a total installed area of 22,365 square meters.
