Vietjet has been honored for the sixth consecutive time in the "HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards", presented by HR Asia Magazine. The airline also received, for the first time, the "HR Asia Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awards". This year's awards ceremony gathered companies with outstanding work environments from 12 countries and territories.
Recognition in both categories reflects Vietjet's human resource development strategy, which focuses on building a professional and open work environment. The diversity, equity, and inclusion award acknowledges companies that effectively implement policies to create development opportunities for employees, regardless of gender, age, nationality, or cultural background.

Currently, Vietjet employs nearly 10,000 staff and experts from over 68 countries and territories. Employees from Asian countries make up nearly 30% of the workforce, while personnel aged 20-30 also account for nearly 30%, bringing a spirit of innovation, creativity, and positive energy to the organization.
With human development as the foundation for sustainable growth, Vietjet continually trains and develops its workforce. At the Victoria Aviation Academy (VIAA), employees participate in international standard training courses, specialized training, leadership skills development, and experience-sharing programs with aviation and management experts.

In addition to training, Vietjet focuses on enhancing the work experience by investing in amenities at its headquarters and workplaces, such as food courts, movie rooms, gyms, yoga studios, and community spaces. The airline regularly organizes cultural and sports activities to strengthen internal connections and promote the physical and mental well-being of its employees.
Vietjet continues to base its long-term development strategy on people, aiming to build an international, modern, and creative work environment. This is expected to enhance the company's competitiveness as it develops into a global airline.
