In the first six months of 2026, pre-tax profit reached 18.5 trillion VND, a 22.5% increase year-on-year. Its return on assets (ROA) is among the highest in the industry, while its non-performing loan (NPL) ratio stands at 1.15%.
Regarding brand and customer experience, Techcombank topped the brand health index (BEI) in the banking sector in Q1/2026, according to a NielsenIQ survey. Its customer satisfaction score (NPS) reached 92 points, placing it among industry leaders.
Nguyen Anh Tuan, deputy CEO and head of retail and premier banking at Techcombank, stated that the award acknowledges the bank's continuous efforts to pursue a customer-centric development strategy based on digitalization, data, and talent.
"This motivates us to continue investing in core capabilities, constantly innovate, and create increasingly personalized, convenient, and value-enhancing financial experiences for customers," Tuan shared.
In 2026, Techcombank expanded its digital ecosystem, notably with the T-Shop platform supporting business customers in their daily operations and Auto-Earning 2.0, which currently has over 5 million users.
In parallel with banking operations, Techcombank expanded its financial services ecosystem through Techcom Securities, Techcom Life, and Techcom Insurance, connecting needs from investment and wealth management to insurance.
