Techcombank supports customers in their daily spending

The Techcombank OneU loyalty program allows customers to accumulate U-Points from bill payments, transfers, or card spending, which can then be redeemed for various lifestyle benefits.

Techcombank has launched its OneU loyalty program, allowing customers to earn reward points from their everyday financial activities. This initiative helps customers maximize value from their spending without altering their habits. U-Points can be accumulated through various actions, including bill payments, transfers, card spending, international money transfers, and using products within the Techcombank ecosystem, such as Techcombank Mobile and OneU.

Each U-Point holds a value equivalent to one dong and offers flexible redemption options. Customers can use points for QR payments at participating stores, exchange them for shopping or dining vouchers, book Green SM rides, or convert them into Vietnam Airlines miles. The Techcombank OneU program boasts an extensive network, connecting with over 200 partners, 500 brands, and over 9,000 acceptance points nationwide across diverse sectors like shopping, dining, travel, and entertainment.

Beyond daily transactions, users of Techcombank Sinh loi tu dong can also convert a portion of their idle cash flow's profit into U-Points, further increasing their rewards. This program has already demonstrated significant success; under "The Inner - Song hanh doc ban" loyalty program, a collaboration with Masterise Homes, Techcombank awarded nearly 45 billion U-Points to almost 11,000 members, with a maximum reward of 25 million U-Points per customer.

Customers have quickly embraced the program's practical benefits. Lan Phuong, a Techcombank customer in Hanoi, accumulated 1.8 million U-Points in just one month and used them to redeem dining vouchers for her family. "I still pay bills, transfer money, and spend as usual. In addition to rewards from daily transactions, I also convert profits from Techcombank Sinh loi tu dong into U-Points, so my points balance increases quite quickly," Phuong shared. She highlighted that the program's most useful aspect is the ability to apply accumulated points to essential life needs, from dining and shopping to family spending plans.

Similarly, Tuan, an engineer also residing in Hanoi, opted to accumulate U-Points to redeem flight miles for his family's summer travel plans. "The feeling that daily transactions still bring additional benefits to my personal plans makes me more proactive in enjoying them," he stated, emphasizing the program's role in supporting personal aspirations.

The FIFA World Cup 2026 season provides another opportunity for customers to leverage their U-Points. Many are using their accumulated points to redeem dining, shopping, or transportation offers, thereby optimizing value from their daily financial interactions. Hoang Ha, an office worker in TP HCM, shared his experience: "The World Cup season just started, but we've been meeting every evening this week. Using U-Points to redeem dining vouchers helps save some costs for these get-togethers."

During the FIFA World Cup 2026, customers can further enhance their U-Point accumulation by participating in interactive mini-games available on the OneU app. This adds an engaging dimension to earning rewards beyond standard transactions.

A Techcombank representative stated that as the national sponsor of the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Vietnam, the bank aims to provide customers with more opportunities to increase value from their daily financial interactions. This aligns with the core philosophy of the Techcombank OneU loyalty program: ensuring each experience doesn't end in the present moment but continues to accumulate value for future journeys, true to the spirit of "More value every day."
