The awards, organized by AirlineRatings, recognize airlines across various categories for their image, services, and passenger experience, based on passenger votes. This year's program recorded around 40,000 votes for aviation brands in multiple categories.
Accordingly, Vietjet led in two categories: "best cabin crew uniform" and "favourite low-cost carrier".
Sharing on the AirlineRatings website, Sharon Petersen, CEO of AirlineRatings, noted that winning in these two categories indicates Vietjet has reached a significant milestone and established a strong presence in the international market. Petersen added, "Vietjet's uniform is unique, cheerful, easily recognizable, and leaves a lasting impression after every flight".

Designed by European designers, Vietjet's uniform features a dominant red color, combined with neck bows, berets, striped patterns, and a modern style. This design creates a distinctive image, moving beyond traditional aviation industry norms.
Beyond its cabin crew image, Vietjet offers services such as: nine hot meals, Vikkafe beverages, duty-free shopping, gifts, and in-flight convenience products. The airline also organizes cultural and artistic programs, leveraging its new fleet and crew to diversify passenger experiences.

According to AirlineRatings, Vietjet has consistently received a 7/7-star safety rating for many consecutive years. The airline has also earned awards from CAPA, World Travel Awards, and Skytrax in various aviation sectors.
Vietjet is expanding its flight network across Asia - Pacific and launching additional routes to new markets. This network expansion enhances connectivity between Vietnam and international destinations, serving tourism and trade demands.
