Toyota Vietnam launched a large-scale series of activities from late 2025 until march of this year, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training, the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Traffic Police Department, and various media agencies. These programs target diverse groups including primary school students, youth, teachers, and the general public, creating a cohesive and impactful series of activities within the community.

A highlight of this year's road safety campaign is the "Toyota Road Safety Education Program for Kids" for the 2025–2026 school year. This marks the 20th year the program has been organized. From 12/2025 to 1/2026, provincial-level programs took place in six localities: Phu Tho, Ha Noi, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Khanh Hoa, and Ca Mau. Activities included learning road safety laws, drawing contests for students, and practical training on innovative teaching methods for teachers.
In the provincial rounds, six outstanding teams representing their localities participated in the national exchange round in Quang Ninh in march. With 60 contestants and nearly 1,000 cheering students, participants competed in skits, active games, and crossword puzzles. At the program's conclusion, Toyota Vietnam awarded three safe traffic island models to the three outstanding localities: Phu Tho, Quang Tri, and Ha Tinh.

The Vietnam Road Safety Initiative 2025 program, a collaboration between Toyota and Dan Tri newspaper, marked the fourth consecutive year the company participated as a main sponsor. During its three-month launch period, the program attracted nearly 600 ideas, focusing on technology solutions, safety warnings, and behavioral education, demonstrating community interest in road safety issues.
Outstanding ideas were honored by the organizers at the awards ceremony held early this year. Concurrently, seminars within the event's framework expanded dialogue, becoming a forum for feedback and proposing more sustainable future solutions.
In parallel with educational activities and initiatives, Toyota Vietnam also boosted mass media communication to bring road safety messages closer to daily life. A notable example is the "Road Companion" program on VTV, which Toyota has partnered with for six consecutive years. On the VOV Traffic radio platform, Toyota also delivered concise messages on pressing traffic issues, such as driving under the influence or speeding. Additionally, the Japanese automaker supported the "Press Award for Road Safety Communication 2025".

According to the company, after nearly two months of launch, the program received 540 entries across five different journalistic categories. The organizers awarded six first prizes, 10 second prizes, 13 third prizes, and 24 consolation prizes to the participating works.
"Toyota Vietnam's series of road safety activities are implemented with a consistent strategy, from the classroom to daily life, from ideas to actions, gradually contributing to building a safer, more civilized traffic culture," a company representative stated.
