The signing ceremony marked the start of a nationwide plan by Sun Group to integrate electric vehicle infrastructure at its destinations, supporting VinFast electric vehicle users. In this initial phase, V-Green Global Charging Station Development Joint Stock Company and Ba Na Cable Car Service Joint Stock Company, a member of Sun Group, will install 20 electric car charging poles and two electric motorbike battery swap cabinets at Sun World Ba Na Hills tourist area.

V-Green stated that the entire system will operate 24/7 to support electric vehicle owners visiting Ba Na. Following this initial phase, both parties will assess market demand and expand the charging station and battery swap cabinet network to other Sun Group properties. This integration of clean energy infrastructure into the tourist complex underscores the shared vision of V-Green and Sun Group for reducing emissions and protecting the environment.
Nguyen Lam An, Director of Ba Na Cable Car Service Joint Stock Company, stated that partnering with V-Green to expand the charging station and battery swap cabinet network aligns with the company's strategy to embrace global green tourism trends. "Integrating these modern amenities at Sun World Ba Na Hills will provide a better experience for tourists, making a practical contribution to Sun Group's sustainable development goals in Da Nang", he said.
Dang Thanh Tung, V-Green Network Development Director, emphasized that their presence at a destination like Sun World Ba Na Hills demonstrates the company's commitment to providing flexible charging and battery swap infrastructure, helping to position Vietnam as a model for green development in the region.
Operating since 2009, Sun World Ba Na Hills is a renowned tourist area in the Central region, having been honored six consecutive times as Asia's Leading Theme Park by the World Travel Awards. Recently, V-Green has consistently signed agreements with major partners and corporations to expand its network of charging stations and battery swap cabinets for VinFast electric vehicles nationwide.
Currently, V-Green operates a system of over 150,000 VinFast electric car charging ports and expects to complete 60,000 electric motorbike battery swap cabinets in Q2.
