Customers also get an additional up to 10% cashback, capped at 12 million VND annually, for education, healthcare, and insurance expenses.

For customers who enjoy travel, leisure, and international trips, the VIB Travel Elite card acts as a "financial passport". This card offers several privileges, including: 0% foreign transaction fees, unlimited global airport lounge access, premium dining offers, and up to a 40% discount on hotels, flights, and travel tours. Customers can also consider the VIB Platinum Card, which provides lounge access and up to 5% cashback on international spending.

According to a VIB representative, these privileges are most valuable during the year-end, a peak season for travel and shopping. A key advantage of using a VIB card as the primary payment method for online shopping is the ability to "stack" multiple layers of benefits: discounts from brands and e-commerce platforms, plus card-specific offers, and 0% installment plans.

Specifically, cardholders receive up to a 20% discount on online purchases and up to a 50% discount on electronics and home appliances, along with 0% interest installment plans at over 190 partners nationwide. The bank will also host an interactive gameshow-style livestream at 8 PM on 11/12, featuring exclusive deals from major brands like Sony, LG, and Tefal.

A bank representative stated that during the 12/12 peak shopping season, listed discounts represent only a portion of the total benefits. Combining multiple layers of offers and selecting the appropriate card helps customers optimize their shopping costs. Using a VIB card as the primary payment method creates long-term advantages, from cashback and category-specific offers to installment benefits and partner discounts. Customers can open a card via the Max app to experience these benefits during the year-end shopping season.
