VIB offers solutions to support business households in financial management

VIB launches a suite of digital financial solutions for business households, assisting with opening accounts in compliance with new regulations, separating cash flows, and optimizing working capital in the new phase.

VIB has developed specialized account packages for business households and small enterprises, such as iBusiness and sBusiness. These solutions integrate multiple payment methods, including transfers, QR codes, and cards, to meet both legal requirements and operational needs at points of sale.

According to a bank representative, VIB's solutions help business households standardize and optimize financial management as new payment account regulations take effect on 1/3. Additionally, various regulations related to tax declarations, revenue management, and invoice usage are simultaneously being implemented in 2026.

For many business households, the new regulations necessitate reviewing existing account systems, opening accounts under the registered business name, and clearly separating personal and business cash flows. While these two sources of funds were often commingled in the past, their segregation is now an operational requirement.

In this context, opening an account in the business household's name is the first step towards systematic financial management. However, an effective business account is not merely about having the "correct name". Business households require a platform capable of receiving funds through multiple channels, facilitating flexible transfers, tracking cash flow in real time, and storing transaction data for tax reconciliation. Therefore, a specialized account ensures compliance with Circular 25/2025 and establishes a clear financial data foundation, which is increasingly important when business households interact with tax authorities or seek access to capital.

A VIB representative added that once business cash flow is separated into a distinct account, many business households will face a common challenge: a significant amount of capital often remains idle between inventory cycles, supplier payments, or operating expenses. With a standard payment account, these funds generate little to no profit.

VIB's Super Yield account is designed to address this gap. Funds remain in the business account, ready for withdrawal at any time, while automatically generating daily interest of up to 4,5% per year. Users simply activate the feature on the app and set a suitable profit threshold, eliminating the need to transfer money to a separate savings account. This operational method allows business households to leverage idle cash flow while maintaining flexibility. For businesses with seasonal revenue or frequently fluctuating working capital, this offers a way to capitalize on opportunity costs directly within their daily payment account.

Beyond optimizing capital, data management plays a crucial role in tax finalization. The VIB Business app is developed with comprehensive digitalization in mind. The system records transactions in real time and allows data extraction when needed. Instead of manually compiling invoices and ledgers at the end of a period, business households can track revenue and expenses directly through the app.

The app also integrates features for daily operations, such as single transfers, batch transfers, and QR transfers. New technologies facilitate convenient fund reception: SoftPOS transforms an Android smartphone into a card-accepting POS terminal without requiring separate hardware investment; QR Merchant creates unique QR codes for each point of sale to manage revenue separately; and transaction authorization features cater to business households with multiple employees or branches. Furthermore, the VIB Noti speaker provides voice notifications for incoming funds, aiding transaction control during peak business hours.

Regarding working capital needs, the VIB Business credit card offers an unsecured credit limit of up to 1 billion VND, requiring no collateral. Cardholders can choose between a maximum of 58 days interest-free or unlimited 1% cashback, depending on their usage needs. The card comes with an annual fee waiver, contributing to reduced fixed costs. When combining the credit card with the Super Yield account, the capital management model becomes efficient: expenses are made during the interest-free period, while available cash flow continues to generate daily profit.

Currently, VIB is offering promotions for business households that register for the new VIB Business solution package until 31/5. These include a 168,000 VND cashback when registering for a Super Account and linking a VIB Noti speaker. The bank also provides a free VIB Noti speaker; a premium account number valued at 10 million VND; and up to 6 months of free partner sales software, including electronic invoices and digital signatures.

According to a bank representative, with the VIB Business solution package, business households can not only comply with regulations but also optimize cash flow, ensure data transparency, and build a foundation for sustainable growth in the new phase.
