The organizers praised Vietcombank's specialized digital solutions, which cater to the specific financial needs of various sectors and enhance corporate client engagement. These include VCB iSchool for education, VCB iCare for healthcare, and VCB Cashup, which provides comprehensive cash flow management for entire business ecosystems through a modern one-stop shop platform integrating products, services, and transaction information.

In 2024, Vietcombank launched VCB Online Lending, a streamlined online disbursement solution that simplifies loan access for businesses and enhances customer experience. The bank has also developed real-time transaction services, predictive analytics, and H2H/API connections to improve management efficiency and security.

A bank representative stated that the awards signify Vietcombank's standing in wholesale banking and demonstrate the trust and support of the business community and financial institutions.

In 2025, Vietcombank is focusing on digital banking, expanding its large corporate client base, promoting cash flow management services, and increasing CASA and capital mobilization. Maintaining a high CASA ratio, particularly among cash flow management businesses, indicates the bank's success in engaging customers with smart, integrated digital financial solutions.

With record growth in new digital customers and its smart financial solutions, Vietcombank aims to become Vietnam's leading corporate bank in digitalization and cash flow management.
