Viettel Commerce partners with Dreame Technology to expand smart electronics ecosystem

A strategic partnership signing ceremony between the two companies marks a new step towards expanding the smart electronics ecosystem in Vietnam, held on 16/12.

State-owned One Member Limited Liability Company for Trading and Import-Export Viettel (Viettel Commerce) and Dreame Technology Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hotel in Tay Ho district. The ceremony gathered leaders from both companies, distribution partners, dealers, and media representatives.

The event marks an important milestone for Dreame's expansion into the Southeast Asian market, with Vietnam identified as a key market.

Under the cooperation framework, leaders from Dreame Technology and Viettel Commerce committed to a long-term partnership in building and developing the smart electronics ecosystem in Vietnam. Distribution agreements were also signed between Dreame's product lines and Viettel Distribution, a distribution unit of Viettel Commerce. At the event, Viettel Distribution presented certificates to official dealers, completing the nationwide distribution structure for Dreame products.

Dreame Technology is a global technology group specializing in three areas: high-speed motors, smart algorithms, and bionic robot arms. From this foundation, Dreame has expanded its product portfolio from premium home appliances to smart kitchenware and automatic cleaning systems. According to the company, Dreame is present in more than 6,000 retail stores globally, serving over 21 million households with a community of 11 million loyal users.

According to a Dreame representative, in 2024, the company achieved a leading market share position in several countries, including Vietnam, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore. Dreame identifies 2026 as a crucial transformation period, marking an expansion from cleaning devices to smart electronics and smart home ecosystems.

For its part, Viettel Group has pursued its mission of "Innovating for people" for over three decades, playing a role in popularizing telecommunications and information technology. Viettel Commerce serves as a pillar in the commerce and logistics sector with a network of nearly 5,000 points of sale nationwide. "This advantage helps Dreame's technology products quickly reach consumers everywhere, from major cities to remote areas, where the demand for an improved quality of life is increasing," a company representative stated.

Dealers and retailers participate in Dreame product experience activities.

At the event, Dreame introduced two new product lines: washing machines and refrigerators. Dealers and retailers had the opportunity to experience the features and value of these products firsthand before their integration into the distribution system.

According to Viettel Commerce, the partnership with Dreame expands the smart electronics portfolio in Vietnam, creating a foundation for broader future development and contributing to bringing high-tech solutions closer to people's daily lives.
