The cooperation signing ceremony took place on 14/6 in Hanoi. The partners are businesses with extensive store networks, operational experience, and a clear green transition strategy.
The parties will coordinate to rapidly deploy showroom systems across the market, aiming for a simultaneous opening of multiple sales points when products officially launch. This system is considered the foundation for the company to accelerate the expansion of its nationwide sales and service network.
A company representative stated that showrooms are expected to be located in high-demand areas such as Metro Manila, Metro Davao, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Metro Cebu, Bulacan, and other key urban centers. All sales points will uniformly apply VinFast's global operating and brand identity standards.
In the initial giai doan 1, dealerships will distribute electric motorcycle models that use flexible swappable batteries, such as the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper, along with some new models expected to launch. Concurrently, VinFast will continue to research and adjust its product portfolio to better suit the infrastructure conditions and usage habits of Filipino consumers.

Philippines is one of the largest motorcycle markets in Southeast Asia, characterized by high demand for personal transportation and rapid urbanization. Amid fluctuating fuel costs and a growing trend towards sustainable solutions, electric motorcycles have significant room for growth, especially when supported by a comprehensive ecosystem.
VinFast aims to develop a complete electric motorcycle ecosystem in the country, including a dealer network, after-sales service, financial solutions, and energy infrastructure. The company plans to deploy approximately 30,000 battery swapping stations nationwide through cooperation with infrastructure partners, enhancing convenience and flexibility for users.
Vo Thi Cam Tu, Chief Executive Officer of VinFast Electric Motorcycles for International Markets, stated that partnering with 14 major dealers is an important step to quickly build a distribution and service foundation from the outset. "We are not only providing products that meet local needs but also developing a synchronized ecosystem, from battery swapping infrastructure to after-sales, thereby helping users access and use electric vehicles easily and efficiently," said Ms. Tu.
Earlier this year, VinFast announced plans to expand its electric motorcycle business into 5 international markets: Philippines, Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia, as part of its global strategy for a green product ecosystem.
Previously, the company gradually established its presence in Southeast Asia, including Philippines, through its electric oto portfolio and partnerships in infrastructure and services. The expansion into the electric motorcycle segment further completes its green mobility ecosystem, offering more choices to consumers in the transition to environmentally friendly vehicles.
