BIDV launches a branch dedicated to FDI customers

On 11/6, BIDV launched its FDI I branch, located on the 8th-9th floors at 14-16 Phan Dang Luu, Gia Dinh ward, TP HCM, to provide financial services for foreign-invested enterprises (FDI).

BIDV has introduced its first specialized model dedicated to FDI customers and their related partner ecosystem. The FDI I branch offers a range of financial solutions for foreign businesses, including: cash flow management, trade finance, international payments, foreign exchange business, credit, and digital banking services. These offerings are designed to meet the operational standards of multinational corporations.

A key differentiator for the FDI I branch is its dedicated, internationally trained staff. Officers at the branch possess deep expertise in corporate finance, international trade, foreign exchange risk management, and the specific operations of FDI enterprises. In addition to foreign language proficiency, the team is equipped with knowledge of business culture, legal environments, and operational specifics across many countries and territories, enhancing the quality of consulting and customer experience.

The establishment of FDI I branch aligns with Vietnam's ongoing success in attracting foreign investment. According to BIDV, the demand for specialized financial services from FDI businesses is growing. A BIDV representative stated, "Beyond traditional financial products, FDI enterprises seek a financial partner capable of providing comprehensive consultation, support, and connection throughout their investment lifecycle."

Embracing a customer-centric philosophy, the FDI I branch aims to provide a professional, modern, and internationally standardized transaction environment. Here, each customer receives service from a team of experts who understand their specific industry, market, and individual needs.

This initiative is expected to elevate service quality and consulting capabilities for the FDI business community. The representative added, "We expect to set new standards for service quality, consulting capabilities, and customer experience for the FDI business community. Through this, the branch will become a trusted partner for businesses as they enter the Vietnamese market, expand production and business operations, and optimize financial efficiency."

BIDV stands as one of Vietnam's largest corporate banks, serving a substantial number of foreign-invested enterprises. These businesses operate across various sectors, including manufacturing, import-export, logistics, and trade.
