The agreement focuses on developing the VinFast Testing Center to international standards. It will provide testing services and technical consulting to regional car manufacturers in Vietnam. VinFast also aims to integrate Vietnam more deeply into the global automotive industry value chain.

Under the partnership, VinFast will collaborate with TUV Rheinland on technical consulting, verification, certification, and specialized training. TUV Rheinland will prioritize selecting VinFast's center to provide testing services and technical consulting for domestic and ASEAN regional projects. Both parties will also introduce the capabilities of the VinFast Testing Center to international car manufacturers and organize training programs and specialized workshops to enhance technical expertise.

Previously, VinFast and TUV Rheinland collaborated on various testing and technical evaluation activities for systems, components, and electric vehicles, meeting both domestic and international market technical requirements. According to VinFast, this enhanced partnership will enable deeper participation in the global automotive value chain, particularly in the pure electric vehicle segment.

Nguyen Manh Quan, Deputy General Director of VinFast and Head of Quality Control, stated that this collaboration is an important step in the company's long-term development strategy. It aims to build research, testing, and product development capabilities according to international standards. He added, "partnering with TUV Rheinland will open opportunities for VinFast to gradually join the international automotive technical service network, contributing to the development of Vietnam's automotive industrial ecosystem."

Nguyen The Anh, General Director of TUV Rheinland Vietnam, praised VinFast's investment in research, testing, and product development. He affirmed, "with global experience in testing, inspection, and certification, TUV Rheinland will accompany VinFast in enhancing technical expertise, promoting technological innovation, and developing services to meet market demands."

TUV Rheinland is a company with over 150 years of experience, headquartered in Germany, operating in testing, inspection, and certification. The company provides technical services to many car manufacturers and component suppliers, meeting legal requirements and international standards related to safety, performance, cybersecurity, and other specialized fields.
