The Global Banking & Finance Awards (GBAF) is an annual program that recognizes banks and financial institutions for their outstanding achievements, innovative strategies, and positive contributions to the global financial industry.

According to the organizers, VPBank Diamond was highly praised for developing personalized wealth management solutions for its priority client segment. A distinctive highlight is Family Banking, which focuses on a family-unit financial and wealth management model, accompanying clients in their long-term financial goals, rather than offering individual privileges.

Launched in 2018, VPBank Diamond provides priority banking services to high-net-worth clients. In 2026, the brand focused on developing solutions tailored to the needs of each client segment, with family priority banking (Family Banking) emerging as a prominent model.

Unlike classification based on individual profiles, Family Banking is designed to serve the entire family. Membership tiers are determined by the total assets or average balance of checking accounts of linked members under a single "Family ID". This model helps families consolidate financial resources and extends priority banking benefits to multiple members instead of focusing on just one individual. Members can jointly utilize product and service policies and enjoy privileges in travel, dining, healthcare, and airport lounges within the VPBank Diamond ecosystem.

According to the bank, Family Banking also supports families in building long-term financial plans. It helps parents guide their children in developing habits of managing spending, saving, and planned financial usage.

Beyond Family Banking, VPBank Diamond develops personalized solutions for five client segments: Diamond Business for entrepreneurs and businesses, Diamond Salary for managers, Diamond Invest for investors, Diamond Sport Lover for health-conscious clients, and Diamond Women for women.

A VPBank representative stated that this is the third consecutive year VPBank Diamond has been honored at international awards. "This recognizes the bank's efforts in developing client-centric financial solutions and motivates us to continue expanding our service ecosystem and enhancing the experience for our priority client segment", the VPBank representative shared.

At the Global Banking & Finance Awards 2026, VPBank Private, VPBank's elite banking brand, also received the "best private bank Vietnam 2026" award.
