White Palace celebrates 18 years of transforming Vietnam's event industry

White Palace marks 18 years of hosting thousands of events, elevating organizational standards with three major centers across Ho Chi Minh City.

White Palace Hoang Van Thu, launched in 2007, pioneered the specialized event center model in Vietnam. Its "column-free" spaces, capacity for thousands of guests, and modern European architectural style quickly established it as a preferred venue for many large businesses and organizations.

The venue has hosted numerous large-scale events, from conferences and awards ceremonies to cultural and entertainment programs. Notable events include the Top 100 Enterprises 2016 Awards and the Technology Exhibition and Innovative Startup Conference 2017, which brought together hundreds of businesses and attracted thousands of visitors.

In late 2018, the Hoang Van Thu facility underwent a comprehensive upgrade to refresh the guest experience. The redesigned lobby features a distinctive white arched dome, while the interior was revitalized with a contemporary style, reflecting the brand's forward-thinking vision.

"The synchronized upgrade, from architecture to service, was a turning point that helped us realize our goal of defining new standards for the hospitality industry in the city," a White Palace representative stated.

After over a decade of operation, White Palace expanded its footprint with a second center on Pham Van Dong boulevard in Hiep Binh Chanh ward. With a campus spanning over 20,000 square meters, this location became the largest event venue in northern TP HCM.

The architecture of White Palace Pham Van Dong was specifically designed to accommodate the complex staging requirements of large-scale events. Its two grand halls, Hall A and Hall B, cover over 3,800 square meters and can host up to 4,400 guests. Additionally, an expansive lobby of over 1,200 square meters and a 2,700 square meter outdoor space are ideal for exhibitions or diverse performance activities.

The facility boasts 9.6-meter high ceilings and a system of 1.5-ton hanging points at each location, allowing for flexible construction and supporting programs that demand complex equipment and large-scale productions. The project also garnered architectural acclaim, becoming one of the few Vietnamese representatives nominated at the World Architecture Festival 2021.

By late 2023, White Palace further expanded its market presence with a third facility on Vo Van Kiet boulevard. This third branch, nearly 15,000 square meters in size, draws inspiration from the image of white clouds, symbolizing creativity and aspiration for growth.

The venue features column-free halls, high ceilings, and modern event equipment, all built to meet the increasing demand in southern TP HCM. Over the past two years, it has hosted many significant programs, including the "Best Workplaces in Vietnam" conference and cultural-artistic events such as the Sound Healing Concert, Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest, Miss Cosmo, and Miss Universe Vietnam.

The year 2025 marks 18 years of development for White Palace, a brand intrinsically linked to the transformation of Vietnam's event industry. From its pioneering model in 2007 to its current system of three centers, the company has consistently expanded its scale and invested in upgrading services and spaces to meet diverse needs, ranging from conferences, exhibitions, and banquets to entertainment and art programs.

The three White Palace facilities – Hoang Van Thu, Pham Van Dong, and Vo Van Kiet – have become key venues for thousands of local and international events, marking the growth of the business community, social organizations, and the cultural-entertainment sectors.

"The 18-year journey represents our system's expansion and demonstrates our commitment to defining new standards for event services in TP HCM, contributing to the overall development of Vietnam's hospitality industry," a White Palace representative noted.
